frequently asked questions...

How do I get to Bethel Temple Assembly?

Just click “click here for directions” under our church address on the home page.

Where do I park?
Handicapped spots are at the north end of the parking lot at the rear of the facility immediately next to the Graber Family Life Center entrance. Senior Citizen parking is immediately in front by the church’s main entrance. A covered drive-through facilitates passenger drop off at the main doors of the church facility.

What Happens When I  Arrive?
You will be greeted at the door by someone wearing a “greeter” or “usher” tag and they will be available to answer your questions.  If you’ve come at 9AM you will be directed to an Adult Christian Life & Ministry Class of your choice. If you’ve come for our 10AM Worship Service, you can go directly into the sanctuary or stop at the Coffee Bar for a cup of coffee. A Welcome Brochure will be made available by the ushering staff during the welcome greeting by the pastor or it can be secured in the foyer at the Welcome Center .

What About the Kids?
We have  Nursery care  available for children ages 0-2. The Nursery is located at the west end of the lobby. Children ages 3-5 and K-6 can check in at the Children’s Security Desk where they will be escorted to their various classes. Middle and High School age youth have their own “social time”, Worship, and learning in the Gym ( Family Life Center ) from 9-11:30AM.

What If I’m Early?
Stop in at our Atrium Coffee Bar, grab a cup of coffee, a doughnut and make new friends.

What Is Your Worship Service Like?
Our musical worship is contemporary, featuring choir, praise singers and praise band that includes a 6 piece brass section, full rhythm section, guitars, electric bass and keyboards. Dress is as casual as you feel comfortable in. Pastor Kirschman communicates a passionate, practical life-application message every week and multi-media is often used to illustrate.

What Happens on Sunday Nights?
Friendship building “Friendship Groups” meet in homes throughout a two-county area. This time is spent in prayer and a brief informal discussion time together in God’s Word. The Friendship Group leaders and their locations are displayed on  the wall in the foyer.  If you are interested, fill out a Friendship Group interest card located at the “Friendship Group” display table in the foyer and give it to an usher, greeter or pastoral staff member. That card will be conveyed to a home cell group leader who will make personal contact with you.
